The Flower Look Butler Florist

I ordered flowers for a friend and received an email to say they had been delivered which they hadn’t as i asked my friend and she had received nothing. When I rang to find out what had happened I was told that no one answered the door and although my notes said to “leave on the door step” the courier had passed the flowers on to a neighbour for them to give to my friend. They also said they tried sending my friend a message but the courier got her number wrong so they didn’t get hold of her. I understand mistakes can happen but what has me upset is that I didn’t even get a simple apology over the phone which is pretty disappointing and if it wasn’t for me chasing this up myself, I would not have been notified of this at all. Not to mention all of the above ruined the surprise completely.

I purchased flowers and a gift to be delivered to Alkimos, WA. Flowers that were delivered looked even better than on a photo and were truly magnificent! I wish I knew about this florist earlier, on previous occasion I used a national florist and they were horrible, I was so embarrassed.. Well done The Flower Look I am very impressed!

Absolutely delighted with the flowers I ordered for my daughter in laws birthday she was so happy with them in her words they were the nicest flowers she had ever received .. ordering from the UK I was dubious about ordering on line but was well pleased with the service and will definitely use the Flower Look again.

Lana and the team at The Flower Look came to the rescue after we were hung out to dry by a different florist on Mother's Day. I put an order through on Tuesday morning, expecting them to arrive on Wednesday but Lana was able to get a beautiful package of flowers, chocolate and candles together in record time and they were delivered Tuesday afternoon!
